Controls are a little difficult with the small thumb controls. Then again I have big thumbs. Too much knuckle cracking as a child I suppose. LoL Overall experience is enough to keep you coming back for in hopes to experience the next weapon on the list and up those stats to survive the next battle at hand.
I have to say the game is pretty addicting. I've played many stick games but this by far has to be my favorite. I enjoy every bit of this game but there are a few problems that I've been running into and so have other people. Gaining money in the game seems to be the most difficult part but also trying to get the stronger weapons. Also, as the waves becomes more harder and have gotten to the point where they're impossible to beat. It's really hard to gain enough money to buy anything.
I've been stuck on wave for awhile now and I'm starting to get bored of losing constantly because my weapons aren't strong enough. I feel like the upgrades on perks are worthless too because they barely have any effect since upgrading the weapon seems to do more work than the perks. Overall these problems could be a bother. I still enjoy the game. I just wish they fix the money system, since every wave now I gain like 8 - 10k which isn't enough to buy any of the better weapons once you've gotten to those impossible waves that stop you in your tracks and you end up spending all of it on perk upgrades or weapon upgrades.
Only giving it 4 stars since the gaining money is the issue. Aerial ninja bats can attack ground units. They shoot hypnotist waves and, like ninja bats, appear as ground units early game and air units mid-game. They look just like ninja bats but are larger, have hands on their wings, and have horns.
It is worth noting that a group of aerial hypnotist bats can easily decimate lightning wizards. Unlike most gattling gunner bots, they don't explode into lesser enemies upon death. This type of gattling gunner robot rides on a small, flying ray. The ray has one eye, flies, bears a small tail, and most noticeable of all is the two, large, curved teeth pocking out of the corners of its mouth.
It is smaller, but has more teeth, though the teeth are smaller too. An inter-galactic shooter rides this ray. It has no equivalent, as these are long ranged, but very weak. A level 1 Aircraft Fighter can easily kill one, but is overpowered by two. Is very dangerous, preceder of Red Dragon Rider. Incredibly dangerous.
Cannot be stunned by any friendly unit. Can almost take out Level 4 HAR last ground unit acquired. Its appearance does not resemble the grey dragon rider variant as much.
It has red patterns on its body, and instead of a spear the rider has a large sword with the same pattern on the dragon. Is not an infantry unit, and has thick legs. Its head is the biggest, and spikes grow out of where its hair would be. Its Spike Rifle is part of its left arm, and spikes grow on the side of the Spike Rifle. It has the same attack range as level 4 HAR. The GGR gattling gunner robot has a skeletal, humanoid structure.
A large, heavy minigun is held in both hands. It is grey, and its round head is covered in mostly its eyeball, which has a black sclera and a dark red pupil. It does incredible amounts of damage and can soak up loads of health, as do the other GGRs. The damaged version will have lost its minigun and one arm. The rest of it is intact.
Its new attack is a scratch with its right arm the remaining arm and is equivalent to a level 1 HAS with more health, as its power is greatly reduced at this stage. Its death will result in it exploding again and becoming a more damaged variant. Once again its power is reduced greatly. This heavily damaged GGR is a pile of ashes and debris, but its head and right arm are still intact. In battle, you might want to try this out so that you can make the most out of the mana you have. First thing to do would be to deploy a few troops for defensive purposes.
Next, allow your mana to build up to the point where you can upgrade your mana tower. More upgrades on that tower mean faster mana buildup, as well as greater capacity. This would then allow you to deploy troops faster, consequently giving you more of an edge in battle. Yes, we did mention keeping the enemy busy in the meantime, while waiting for your big gunner to be ready for deployment.
One of the changes Gamevil implemented on Cartoon Wars 3 is the fact that you can no longer replace your main unit your team leader with another unit like you used to. But there is a workaround here, and it involves making a different unit into your team leader. Go to the Kingdom menu and tap on a different unit from your team leader, as long as they have a green check mark over their avatar.
Once you see the unit info screen, tap on the crown icon so you can appoint that unit as your new leader. Leaders enjoy improved attack and hit points stats, so choose wisely!
These surplus characters can be used to improve your better ones; you can sacrifice them for upgrades or enhancements, which may sound similar but are actually different. An upgrade refers to a mere leveling up of a character, while enhancement adds to their base stats and makes them substantially more powerful.
